day 3

They say the third day of a diet is the worst. I haven't found that to be true of this one. For breakfast I had half a grapefruit and some vitamins, then for lunch I had 2 dates, carrot and .25 cup of walnuts. We went out for dinner (kids eat free and they enjoy it) I had a dry salad with no cheese or egg or meat. i expect to have an orange and some nuts later when I take more vitamins. Not bad, hope i lost weight. i may stay on this after I lose the 50 pounds.

    wow...Nanamom...that sounds very restrictive...but I always say whatever works---dieting is such an idividual thing. My best wishes to you.

    I was amazed at how easy it is. I know it doesn't sound like much but I forced myself to eat the nuts this morning because I knew I needed them. WE were going to follow the "raw food diet" plan, even bought a cookbook for it but they want you to have a big dehydrator (around 200.00) and a food processor and ............. So we adapted our own plan. Making sure we get enough fruit, veggies, protein and will add the grains in later. We are also on melaleuca vitamins.
