The shoe dropped

Ok, the vote is in,
The furnace repair guy I used will be lauded whenever someone asks what i think from now on. his bill came and it is just over $100.00 for weekend work. What a relief. Considering everything that went wrong today that is great.

    $100 - That's a livable with figure. Hubster and I just contemplating a plumbing job in the basement and trying to calculate how much it'll cost us - no matter how we estimate it usually catches us that we went too low! Grr! Must be done stuff though - otherwise we might soon have a pipe burst and then the ruinage would be bad!!

    Good that you got someone in and it's done and perhaps there's still room for beans in the budget!! Wink
