I didn't lose any weight yesterday. That is a problem with getting weighed everyday. On the off day you know it. I ate less yesterday. No justice in an old body! Oh well I will stick to the diet and see what happens tomorrow.

Try a weekly weigh in or every three days or so. Don't let the numbers control you.
As for eating so little that you are weak, are you that heavy that you cannot eat a comfortable amount of food that you get weak and dizzy? If you need a cracker, eat one! If you want a piece of fruit, grab it! No one should be telling you that you can't eat because it isn't time, or that it is too big or too much. Your body is different than the control body they used for their facts.
Please continue to diet to make you healthy, but don't do it if it makes you miserable!
